Shapers from Bhopal hub organised a factory visit at Makson Healthcare, Bhopal, wherein 30 underprivileged students witnessed the manufacturing process of Cadbury Nutties. This was followed by a career guidance session related to the job opportunities in a manufacturing facility and also various other options these kids could take up post their high school.
The aim of this project was spend a fun-learning day and highlight some of the career opportunities available to them as most of these kids generally go unguided after their high school and end up wasting the golden years of their lives.
